Bright and spacious studio apartment in a brand new building around Monaco
A swimming pool and one private underground parking.
Swimming Pool open from 1st May to 1st October.
Large and bright studio for 2 full exposure Est, a few minutes walk from Monaco, with swimming pool and parking. A terrace with sea view, dining area to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner anytime of the year thanks to the rather mild climate of the Cote d'Azur.
The swimming pool of the residence, offers you a moment of relaxation in full heart of the city.
The pool is open from Mai to October.
The small plus of the accommodation: parking! Places are rare in Monaco, the assurance of not losing time to look for a place :)

A fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area
A large bathroom with italian shower
A balcony with dining area .
The apartment is located in a secured residence a few minutes from Monaco. The center of Beausoleil and all these shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, bar / tobacco, restaurants) are within a 15 minutes walk.
Stairs and a bus stop are located next to the Residence and allow you to reach Monaco on the Boulevard d'Italie in a few minutes, you can go down to the Monegasque Sea front and the beaches of Larvotto in 20 minutes by foot, Thanks to the elevators of the boulevard d'Italie or the Place d'Armes.
Coming from the airport, there are several options, the most convenient being of course the car or rental car, thanks to the car park, about 45 minutes drive.
For those who are not transported, the bus remains a very good option, as there is a stop of lines 12 and 13 at 10m from the Residence. You will have to take the bus directly to the terminal of the airport, line 110 will take you to the Office of Tourism of Monaco where it will be necessary to take the connection line 12 or 13 and stop at the stop « l’Aurore ». By train, there is a stop within a ten minute walk from the airport, Nice Saint Augustin; About 20 minutes to Monaco Monte Carlo, exit at the boulevard Princesse Charlotte you can take a taxi to the apartment or the buses until the Office of Tourism to take again lines 12 and 13 until the residence As explained above.
The apartment is non smoking, however it is allowed to smoke on the balcony.
The arrivals can be done 24 / 24h depending on the availability of the apartments and my possibilities.
