This luxurious two-bedroom apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. Carefully selected, it's one of my favorites.
Recently renovated, its choice furnishings and two south- and north-facing balconies make it the ideal place to stay on the French Riviera from sunrise to sunset.

This spacious and bright two-bedroom luxury apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea.
Its ideal location will allow you to enjoy all the amenities of Carnoles town center as well as the nearby small shops (butcher, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, bar/tobacco shop, etc.) while enjoying access to the beach in a 5-minute walk.
Its shaded terrace, with its dining area and lounge area, will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals and the Mediterranean climate at any time of the year.

The little extra of this accommodation: its parking! Right in the heart of the city, there's no hassle or expense in finding a parking space; the apartment has its own private, secure underground parking space.

The apartment is located in a secure residence in the heart of Carnoles, next to Saint Joseph Church.
Many shops are within walking distance of the apartment.
The coastal path begins 900 meters from the residence and is one of the most beautiful coastal paths on the Côte d'Azur.
It's particularly famous for the location of Le Corbusier's Cabanon and the Villa Eillen Gray! This path allows you to reach Monaco after a walk of about an hour.
Menton is also accessible on foot via a 30-minute seaside stroll. The apartment is 150m from Carnolès train station, which is two stops from Monaco Monte Carlo in one direction and one stop from Menton in the other. Nice is a 25-minute train ride from Carnolès.
You can also reach Italy, Ventimiglia, in 15 minutes by train.

The beaches of Carnoles are a 5-minute walk away, however, the remote and unique beaches of Golf Bleu are a 2-minute train ride away and are one of the most beautiful spots in the region. (One train stop from Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, and accessible by steps only.)

Coming from the airport, several options are available. The most convenient is by car, as the apartment has its own private and secure parking.
If you don't have a car, the train is also a very good option; Nice Saint Augustin train station is a 5-minute walk from the terminal, from which a train will take you directly to Carnolès in just a few stops.
Carnolès train station is a 150m walk from the residence.

You will find bus 110 directly in the airport terminal. It will take you either to the Casino de Monaco or to the Menton bus station, from where you can take free connections to bus 100. You will get off at the "SOLENZARA" stop in Roquebrune Cap Martin, 150m from the residence.

The apartment is non-smoking, however, smoking is permitted on the balcony.
Check-in is possible 24/7, depending on apartment availability and my options.
